Project Director (ERP) Spearheading the implementation of the transition towards an ERP -SAP platform and integration of existing IT applications and infrastructure of the company. • Successful and sustainable implementation of ERP-SAP at IESCO. Developing, leading and training IESCO team and employees towards successful completion and sustainable implementation of ERP -SAP modules as per requirement and guidance of BoD/ Management of IESCO • Advising the IESCO BOD/ Management towards successful implementation of ERP-SAP at IESCO level. Developing a comprehensive IT/ERP Policy, Plan and road map toward success. Preparing projects framework/methodology by clearly identifying the goals and objects of the projects, required input, targets, monitoring mechanism, potentials risks and assumption covering finance aspects. • Acquisition of resources, effective communication and supporting ERP-SAP Project Managers. ⚫ Detail Terms of Reference (TORS) are available on IESCO website.
